By purchasing a product, you agree to the following:

Once the order has been placed, you have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations to your item. After 24 Hours I do not accept any changes or cancellations due to the customization of every item I create.

Please be as specific as possible when giving us information about decals, glitter colors, or anything else you want on your tumbler or Car Freshies and T-shirts We cannot make any changes once you receive your tumbler if you are unhappy with the choices you have picked or if you lacked to specify something.

Once your item has been delivered, you have 24 hours to contact me if there is any problem with your item caused by an error ON MY PART. The buyer is responsible for shipping to me if this is the case, I will then fix the item at no charge to you however shipping will be the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

Any non-glittered items are not guaranteed to be glitter-free due to glitter being an almost impossible thing to get rid of.

All items are handmade and are subject to minimal imperfections. I strive to create high-quality products, however, keep in mind these are Handmade and we put a lot of love-crafted products and I am not perfect.
